I don't believe this term is a term that is explicity defined anywhere and could possibly mean somewhat different things to different people. But having said that in my opinion, generally it is related to Rock and Roll music and simply means to hold onto your interest in that style of music. Continue playing it, continue listening to it or continue enjoying it in whatever fashion you may enjoy it. And can be taken further to mean to continue living a life style that would be related to someone who is interested in Rock and Roll music.

No matter what section you ask in, it all shows up in "general". So you only have to ask once. Keep Rocking means keep doing great things.
