The lion with bad breath has devoured the gazelle that stopped to make frequent waste. So gazelles eat properly, and live longer lives. Grasshopper, if your diet is not in sync with your body they will dishonor themselves and you. Seek advice from those trained in such matters.

I am assuming that rather than full-on wetting yourself, i.e. like a little kid would, you're actually meaning just letting a drop or two of urine go.

If so, I would put it down to weak pelvic floor muscles. Search online for further information on this, and to learn exercises which you can do in order to tighten these muscles and hopefully then resolve your problem.

For some reason, it is recognised that pregnancy can cause this and any information you find relating to this will be aimed at women who have just given birth. However, there are obviously other causes as it is something that I suffered from in my teens and have been able to control through doing exercises (which I don't do anymore).

sounds like stress incontinence, happening when coughing laughing, etc, it can be due to the muscles being weak, pulling in vaginal muscles and holding it still breathing normally for the count of ten, several times a day, helps to strengthen the pelvic floor, she shoud try these exercises for a few weeks and there should be an improvement, if this doesnt work she should go and ask her gp for help

I would see a doctor. I have had serious urinary tract infections since I was 4 yrs old (and because of that caused a lot of embarrassing situations) and it would be a good idea to see a doctor to rule that out.

Hiya, go to your doctors, it could be a number of things, water infection, prolapsed bladder, weak muscles, try a few pelvic exercises pull in tight and hold for a few seconds, this will help tighten the muscles.
