Singapore Airlines. This is the best airlines I ever been. Very expensive.

Cathay Pacific Airways of Hong Kong. Personal televisions in every seat including economy on all aircraft, good service, efficient staff.

Hawaiian. Service is nice, food is OK, they play nice Hawaiian music in the background and of course one is always either on the way to paradise or just returning from it when on a Hawaiian flight.
