As a 'normal' person, my preference would be to go out with Tachikoma from Stand Alone Complex.
Back to Motoko.
Motoko's body can be exchanged into any form and capabilities. So she can look like anything and have any capability. So her looks and her abilities can change.
Anyway. The thing that made her a good leader for section 9, made her unattractive as a woman.
It's hard to see her as a woman, when I watch her, I just say to myself this is a cyborg drag queen.
Her feminine feature though is her preference on body style (as you can already see), where she wear it (as you can already see), and her habit to regulary change her body.
