My husband is verbally abusive and i dont want to lose my business but i want to leave. I need to know if i do that i wont forfit my right to the business. then the next step the house??????

Get a good lawyer! Depending on how long you've been married you shouldn't have to lose any profit that you have coming to you, but I don't think staying in business together is a good thing unless you can get along for business reasons only. The court will have to decide who resumes the business license. Good Luck

Call a lawyer. If you started the business together, and run the business together, the profits should be half yours. If the house was purchased after you married, or jointly before it should be half yours. Call a lawyer to get the details.
