get out of a t-mobile contract?

okay so i got in a contract with tmobile and i havnt even had my phone for 3 months and ive already had to send it in 3 times the people there are totally rude and i want out there stressing me out i have to go without a phone for weeks and days at a time i need out i just paid 175 to get out of verizon and i wish i never did that tmobiles driving me nuts

if i had prepaid i would go crazy i would be poor

I heard that the easiest way to get out of a contract is to make a lot of roaming calls/ calls out of your area.

They have to pay other companies for these calls and will cut your contract because you're costing them more money than you're worth.

Try relizing that T-Mobile doesn't make the phone and your beef is with the manufacturer.

These cell phone companies make their contracts air tight so really the only way out is paying the early termination/disconnection fee or death.

Get a lemon. Get a known problematic phone, complain 3 times, be let out of a contract due to your local lemon law.

Are you talking about a T-Moblile store or 611 on your cell? We have never had any problem using 611 the local store repaired my husbands cell phone for free I guess we are just lucky

get a pre-paid phone. the contract is there for a reason. just as it was with verizon.

I love T-Mobile. I have been with them since they were Powertel. I can't beleive you have had such bad service. See if they can send you another phone, maybe a different brand.
