I felt the same way after I had my tubes tide, I think it is a normal reaction but as time went by I realized it was the right thing to do.

Its OK I had my tubes tied when I was 34 years old and the mother of two healthy beautiful boys. Its normal to feel regretful its a big decision and you are still hormonal. Its the best thing I ever did. no More worrying every month, no more counting and praying I'm not pregnant and how can I possibly support another life. And the sex just gets better no protection is really great and no worry its very freeing. Congratulations on your new baby and new form of birth control

In 2 weeks I will be having a c-sec and getting my tubes tied. I have a 6 yr old, 4yr old, 2 yr old and pregnant with twins. I felt the urge to get my tubes tied after my 2 yr old was born but felt like I shouldnt get it done. I am glad that I didnt because now I am having twins but as soon as I have them I know that I am done and I know I will not regret it. I still am feeling like I shouldnt do it but I know I dont want anymore babies. It is kinda making me like less of a woman. Eventhough I know we dont need anymore children. I am sorry you feel this way, too. Good Luck, I dont know what your Drs did maybe it can be undone you'll have to ask them.

My mom had her tubes tied before she had me and my sister, so it could be reversed as long as they dont burn them....Im thinking about having it done when I'm old enough none of the doctors will do it being that i'm only 18...but i have 2 kids. Good luck.

if they are tied get them untied, I do not see a problem unless they were tied and burned. Some women's tubes come untied by itself and leads to an unexpected pregnancy, so if that can happend I'm sure the drs can untie it for u as long as they didn't tie and burn it.

I think it's more common than is publicized (as are a host of problems related to tying the tubes).
