About a year ago i was kicked out of school for strangleing my teacher in self-defence,he threw me into a locker and was about to hit me so i took action and grabed him by the neck to stop him from hitting me,i went to my appeal in front of the B.O.G(board of governours) and they said i was a danger to staff,i have since made a reappeal but they have ignored it, is there somehow i can get back into this school

Unless you have stronger evidence then I dont know how you would get back into THAT school but you might be able to get into others. First try and get wintesses - any other students that can support your argument. Or try and get a friend or someone who has that teacher now to have it happen to them but have witnesses. If that doesnt work try and blackmail the teacher by getting some info on him that would ruin his repuation if it got out or if you need to make up something (but this could backfire if the board or other people find out) but photoshop can be good if you have a pic of him - could do something with that. If all that fails then change your name and disguise yourself. But the only thing i would really reccomend doing is trying to get witnesses or something coz the others would probably get you in trouble.

Funny that... look at your statement you have shown no remorse, you blame the teacher stating that he attacked you. I also get the impression you would do this again if you felt threatened.
Your far too angry to be allowed back to the school, perhaps if you went to counselling and tried some kind of reconciliation with the school and teacher you may stand a chance.

?? Maybe an alternative school where you can still go and make up credits and you'll be able to get a diploma not a GED! Look for programs like this in your area
