The best way is to go to www.liverpoolfc.tv and get yourself a fancard. The fancard enables each holder to purchase 1 ticket per game and monitors which games the holder attends for future use.
Higher profile games are harder to get tickets for but sign up for the fancard and then you have a chance of getting any tickets that come available on the general sales.
Dont buy from online touts, they are expensive and in some cases you dont get any tickets through after you have paid for them!
The order of sales is listed on the tickets section of the site. Hope this helps!

The season will be over by then but if you want tickets for a game before or after then go on the liverpool website www.liverpoolfc.tv
Then at the top theres a tickets section which will be able to give you all needed information

The season would be over in July & they start their pre season training & tour some part of the world.
Try looking for the Liverpool website & for the ticket office & phone them for tickets.
