Try MySpace. Go to the Music section, search artists and then look through unsigned artists. They sometimes allow a download option.

**BUT**

You can only use their music if you have their permission. Obviously.

They can email them to you as MP3 files, which you can then save to your hard drive. You can only use it commercially if they sign a release. Copyright is implied.
