Why is a former Canadian politician publicly demanding that we "save the planet" from climate change by developing UFO technology? Why don't we ask the aliens to help us create a two state solution in Israel and Palestine?

Paul Hellyer claims to have seen a UFO, and he apparently thinks there is a connection between UFOs and Global warming. He was never PM But served in the Pearson Cabinet in the '60s. I always thought he was a bit of a nut bar . He is in his 80's and probable a bit senile. Sort of like Ronnie Reagan , when he told Mr. Gorbachev to"Take down that wall" and then acted as if that was the reason the USSR imploded.
As for ourcold weather, I live in Halifax, we have had 3 snowfalls so far this year none more than 4", and right now it's 40F & sunny. How is it in your area?

I think it does show the effect of one too many cold winters to the brains of some.
