sudden loss of blood pressure to the brain and localized pooling in the expanded genital areas, hopefully you were or are in a safe location when this happened. this is a common reaction for some people and at certain times especially when your blood sugar is less that at desireable levels. try to eat before hand and slow down a little and the after effects will diminish with time.

I can't imagine a more horrifying situation then having sex for the very first time and your partner losing consciousness....Gah! That would haunt me for the rest of my life haha. But this is a first for me, no alcohol or drugs were involved?

And you didn't go to your doctor? It could be that you have an undiagnosed heart condition, and those don't just get better by themselves. The next time, you may never "come to". Go get seen by a physician ASAP and explain in DETAIL just what you describe here.

Were you afraid or scared? This could have caused it. Also consult a doctor if need be as there could be a physical reason as well.
