My sister like to mix & match clothes from H&M, they have lotsa variety & wonderful colors.The clothes from Zara arent bad too.Even my petite size cousin, ( she's 26 ) shops at the teenager dept at H&M's & Zara.Hope u find somethin!Also, u can find petite sizes in Topshop,it isnt for teenagers but their clothes are fashionable.

Limited too is really popular,abercrombie kids,and if she can fit try aeropostale i wore all of thoose when i was 11

Limited Too is a great store for her age. It caters to the tween population with the latest styles and not outrageous prices. good luck!

Some kids her age my shop at hollister,abercrombie and American Eagle. These places are alittle pricey but are in style among kids and teens these days

Limeted too,The childrens place is never out of style and you can never go wrong with the Kids department at Macy's/Sears/The Bay.
