The closest five star would be the Oberois near the Delhi Golf course. There is hotel Ranjit closer to the station I think it's a 4star but not sure what it's like.
There should be guesthouses nearby the station just never seen any

Hotel Rajdoot is good and worth. It is also good option for value of money.

They can arrage........if you ask..
