Ish Kabibble made the song very popular in the !940's. I am looking just for the lyrics for the song. The song starts out, I think, like this: "Down in the meadow in an itty bitty pool, swam three little fishies and a mamma fishie, too...that's all I can remember. I was thinking of embroidering the a portion of the lyrics on an baby blanket. Need this soon!

You can probably Google the title Three Little Fishies and get the lyrics. My mother used to sing that song to me. It ends with "and they swam and they swam all over the dam."
