Hi, Manish. I really appreciate your zeal for continuing your education after eight years of experience. Many of my known MBAs never care for upgrading their knowledge since they are ever busy with their work. What I want to suggest you that you get enrolled for M.Phil in Management in any of the open universities like Annamalai or Madurai Kamaraj or Bharatidasan or Alagappa. All these are in Tamilnadu, India. After completion of M.Phil you can enrol for Ph.D in Aligarh Muslim University. Yu can do all these things without leaving your job. Good luck.
