Many (25 - 30) years ago. I got away with it so many times I cringe thinking about how I could have killed my friends and others.
That's probably why I get so pissed when others do it. I feel more of an obligation to warn them.

Never been in a car while drinking/drunk, but i have driven while super exhausted, and i got pulled over for appearing to be drunk- like swerving and varying speed, etc. The cop walked over to my car to question me, and by the time he got to the car i was all snoring.. lol. they made me leave my car where it was, and have a relative come get it, and they drove me home. i got a warning to make sure i was very well rested before getting behind the wheel and i was lucky there wasn't a bunch of other people on the road... lol.
