I would like a program that resides on my puter not on an internet server i think. It seems more secure that way, maybe its just me, could be wrong, if u think I am let me know why :)

All kinds of password can be found by a software sooner or later.
You may be right. Instead, renew your production continuously, better than keep an old one for ever under a password.
