Use your nervous energy to your advantage. Get to the game early, take some extra practice, visualize what you are doing and what you are going to do. I have always found jitters a good thing, it shows that you are not cocky in your abilities and that you are excited/passionate about what you are getting ready to do.

Visualize yourself going through the plays and motions. Know that you are going to do all that you can to play your best for your team. Breathe. And let the nervousness work for you come game time.

Just think, you have nothing to be nervous about. You will do just fine. It's just a game, nothing to worry about. When I get nervous, I wet a towel with cold water and put it on my head. This REALLY helps me, I don't know about you. Just remember, to concentrate and don't worry. Just play and you'll be fine. I hope I helped you, and I hope you win! Good luck!!

feel nervous. it's good. it means you know your team stands a chance in the game. it makes you feel confident.
if your team sucks and your nervous of messing up. well believe in yourself. breathing don't help. it is only for your mind.
try pinching your self. you focus better with pain and will forget about being nervous

Get to the gym early, shoot around, take deep breaths, drink some water, just do your usual routine and try not to think about anything, try to avoid being by yourself because that's when you think about your situation too much

physical excersise. not too heavy, but just enough to warm you up and loose a little bit of tension. don't over do it... some music on yr ears while excersising can help too....

just take some deep breaths before u go out excercise before u go out and feel good... also if its that bad go talk to someone about it
