From a physics point of view, possibly.
I remember seeing a documentary a few months back, on Channel 4 in the UK, about a physicist who was developing a machine that might allow you to send light (i think it was) back in time by accelerating it in a certain way...(I apologize for not knowing the In's and Out's)
Either way, the machine would be limited as you could only send a message as far back in time as when you first built the machine. You couldn't send it back any further.
There are also problems with continuity - you could stop something happening that led to your birth, creating a paradox. So possibly some force of nature would prevent it as well.
I notice this question was posted in the philosophy section however, so I doubt you were after a science-based answer. (If my poor memory of the documentary counts as a science-based answer. lol)
If you're asking from a philosophical stand point, then most definitely no. You cannot send a message into the past. No amount of clever thinking would allow it.

Erm.
Scientists are still trying to fix the time-travel thing. Hahs.
Time-travel can occur as long as things move beyond the speed of light.
That'd be be pretty cool.
But are you sure u wanna do that?
Just a little small change may affect the future greatly, you know.
Might seem wonderful. But other things do indirectly change adversely and negatively.
To me, if things don't go in my way, then *shrugs* too bad. No point trying to hard. Cus this means that this route aren't meant for me. So I won't take it.
Umm. Anyway scientists are still inventing this stuff? So if you really wanna do that, you still have to wait on. (Not too sure how long will that be.) Hahs. Good luck then.

Science fiction sometimes turns into science fact but in this case the answer is no.
