i would rather do it my self than to have pest control come out, because the people who rent from us seem to keep bringing them in, and it is so costly to keep paying a exterm. to come out.

Some garden supply centers, or farm and ranch supply centers carry he same products as pro's use. Something you need to keep in mind though, they are poison. You can hurt yourself or your tenants. If it's the tenants you hurt you'll be liable, and I doubt your insurance will cover it. Also, used incorrectly, pesticides can make a roach problem worse instead of better. You should be able to get on a regular service contract, with a reputable exterminator for under $40 a month. Include the cost in the rent.

you have to have a license to be able to use that stuff but i have found that Bengal roach spray and combat the stuff in a tube really works
