I want to do Phd in Retail specific from any university.Is it possible to do Phd with a bachelor degree.will my 18years of experience in related field will help in doing Phd without having a PG degree.Please help me in giving the required information like which all the universities i can aproach which are specific to Retail and any university which can consider my 18 years of experience in sales, mktg and retail for doing Phd without havg a PG degree and any such university where i can do my Phd without leaving my present job.FYI am presently working in Riyadh/Saudi.University can be Indian or any international... please give me the required links,accordingly i can down load ...

Hi, vrs123. I really appreciate your enthusiasm for improving your academic calibre after a long gap of 18+ years after your B.Sc. When you have such a rich and vast experience in retail I feel that you require no other qualification. As far as my knowledge goes, no Indian University offers Ph.D. in any academic avenue without a PG degree. Even Open Universities have not started yet offering Ph.D. courses. Being an educationist, I can offer my humble suggestion that you please register your name for MBA in any Open University that offers this course through distance education programme. After completion of MBA you can do M.Phil in Management through distance education. If you still desire to pursue your education, you can enlist for Ph.D. in Management in Aligarh Muslim University. This is the right royal way to pursue your goal. Good luck.
