The days of saying weaker sex won't last much longer in my opinion. I am male, 24, 6 foot and 190lbs and whereas i am not jeff capes, i am not weak either...but boy did i get put in my place yesterday lol. I don't mind admitting as much as it makes me sound a whimp, i was over powered by a girl! There will no doubt be those people responding who have nothing better to say than, you're a whimp or weak but i suppose people will be predictable eh and i think if they went up against what i did yesterday, they would be singing a completely different tune
I was at a bar with my friends (all my age) and then about 2 hours into being there, my friends younger sister (18) arrived from weight training as she runs track. She probably weighed about 135lbs and was around 5 foot 7. She had definition on her arms (seen by a small vein) & she was braggin about maxing out on dumbells or something so she challenged me to an armwrestle & whopped me, no excuses.
Any of you had a similar experience?

I am 15 years old, and I am 5'4" 100lbs, my younger sister is 14 she is 5'2" 125lbs. She got stronger than me when I was 9 and she was 8. now she is alot stronger than me. When we wrestle she can pin me down within a few minutes.
