PATRIOTS all the way!!! The colts got lucky in that game, if you saw that game, the pats were killing them, then the colts scored on some lucky plays.

Currently the Colts have beaten the Patriots the last 3 meetings. The first of those was in New England. Think of the teams that are in that division N.Y.J., Buffalo, Miami.. all sub 500 teams and none made the playoffs this year. The Colts have to play Jacksonville and Tennessee(granted not very good this year record wise, but still a tough team with Vince Young, but think back to the McNair days), and also usually play New England once. The Patriots are probably going to be Playoff contenders for a few more years until they get a stronger division, but the Colts are playing tougher opponents. They, without question, have the best offense and with Bob Sanders in the line-up showed they have a superb defense. They probably should have won the title last year based on the quality of the team, but that's why they play the games. This year, despite the criticism, the Colts proved they were the better team by beating New England during the regular season, beating Larry Johnson and Kansas City by holding him to 32 yards rushing, Beating a very tough Ravens defense, beating New England in the AFC Championship, winning the Superbowl. Right now..at this moment..the Colts are the best team in the NFL. Right now is their time. However, I will say.. if the Colts have improvement to make..it is on special teams. They were barely able to stop the New England return game.. which almost cost them the game..and we all saw the opening kick off of the Superbowl.

Well its pretty tight between the Pats and the Colts. If you look at offense, they Colts are better with the ability to stretch the defense of with the long ball, the ability to dink-n-dunk the ball with Peyton's accuracy and the ability to pound the rock with Joseph Addai. Defensively, the Pats are better especially since they picked up Adalius Thomas. Their schemes and overall players make them better, along with the fact that they were second in the league in points allowed per game. Special teams, you have to go with the Colts because they have one of the greatest kickers of all time, especially in the clutch. If you look at the coaches, its about tied, but I would give the nod to Bill Belichick. So overall, right now would say the Colts, but just by a little bit.

patriots dude
the pats went 12-4, as did the colts
ok so the colts won the superbowl
but the patriots offense wasn't even good compared to the colts
the only people that started ALL last year on the pats offense (excluding OL) was brady, and watson
people didnt even no reche caldwell before this season,
look at manning's WR compared to brady's
and u wonder why they won
they both went 12-4, if the pats had at least one ALL STAR WR then they would have gone 14-2
but as a pat fan, idc they dont have a all star wr
im fine with what we have
and the patriots will always be better
go pats

As a team overall, the Patriots...The Colts have better receivers and had better RBs, with the aging Corey Dillon on the Patriots...but all that is changed now...and with the addition of Adalius Thomas, get ready Colts...He's gonna rock Peyton's world next year...write it down...
Oh, yeah...Brady is still better than Manning...

Based on the end results of the season The Colts are better this year. The Pats are kind of stumbling and its a mystery what they'll be like next year.

Pats are better, 3 superbowls to 1(colts) and we're still contenders. This year might be 4.
