My brother was telling me that his underwear turnt Orange,from some detergent he started using,and he tryed bleaching them back to white.It worked,but He was telling me that they tore up after a day after he would wear them for one full day.Whats in Bleach that does that,and is there a way to reverse the problem?

Bleach is a strong chemical. Although it can clean garments you have to be very careful how much you use and how long the item is soaked in this bleach.
Cotton works well with bleach but many other clothes with polyester, rayon, or nylon may not do well. Underwear can be a cotton, poly mix so look at the label.
Some labels will tell you if the item is ok to bleach.
If you soak in bleach, a minute is tops.
The bleach chemicals break down the fibers. You can literally have the item fall off your body. It just disintegrates.
So be careful with bleach. Less time is the secret.

Bleach has sodium cloride in it and unfortunately once the fabric has been rotted through throw them out. Use a color bleach like Clorox 2 or Oxy clean(what I use to clean my socks and underwear with)
