From two years ago ive had small bumps under the skin of the shaft of my penis that felt irritated, it got worse that it felt like a blockage when i would go to urinate but it wouldnt effect my water flow, its got worse from now, i have more bumps all of the shaft going upwards the penis, i cant enjoy sex cause it effects orgasm.

I have been to the doctors 3 timesa nd they insist theres nothing wrong, but they havent even tested it, they wont explain why they think theres nothing wrong, now its playing on my mind and it feels worser, i feel like no one can help me because no one seems to know the problem

i keep freaking out that i have cancer or something, or that im going to lose my penis (i know stupid)

p.s i am sure it isnt to do with std's, but i have injured my penis on one or more occasions by women being clumsy

If the doctors said it's ok, then it's probably ok. The little tiny bumps can be normal. I think the rest might be your imagination, and you being paranoid.

Hello,
You don't give your age, but you do indicate that you have been sexually active. Even though several physicians have told you there is nothing wrong, have any of them actually looked at your penis? Often doctors are just as embarrassed to check out someone's genitals as are patients. If none of your doctors have actually phycially examined you, then their opinions are meaningless.
From your description, and the fact that these bumps have been present for 2 years, I truly doubt that you have cancer. It would have spread beyond your penis, or would have killed you by now. However, your belief that this IS NOT due to STD may be false. There are many forms of STDs, including HPV and Lichen Planus. HPV stands for Human Pappiloma Virus and is a very common STD. The lesions look like warts or small bumps, and can and do spread unless treated with anti-viral medications. Lichen Planus is a fungal infection, which can also look like small bumps or warts, and which can also spread if untreated with anti-fungal drugs. Please DO NOT engage in sex with anyone at all until you are appropriately tested and treated. If this is a contagious condition, you do NOT want to share it with your partners. Once properly diagnosed and treated, ALWAYS practice either abstinence or safer sex and use a condom EVERY TIME you have sex with anyone.
I don't know what you mean when you say women have been clumsy. If you mean that you have been bitten or scraped with teeth during oral sex, then most likely what you have IS an STD. If you mean you penis has been rubbed raw during manual sex, you could still have an STD, so use appropriate lube.
It's also possible that what you have is NOT an STD, but something called a contact dermatitis. This means an allergic reaction to something with which your body has come into contact. Such conditions as poison ivy, eczema, psoriasis can present this way. So can allergic reactions to substances, such as various lubes you may use during sex, condoms you may have been wearing, talcum powder if you use that, soaps, detergents, even the brand of underwear (or their material make-up) can cause a localized skin disorder.
If you have NOT been seen by a qualified urologist, please do so as soon as possible. A consultation with an infectious disease specialist or allergist may also be necessary.
Being a physician myself, I know how often doctors don't really listen to me when I'm a patient, and give cursory exams which would shame me to do with a patient. I'm amazed more doctors aren't sued because of their inadequate skills, exams or treatments. Don't let "quacks" tell you you're fine when you know you're not. Good luck.

If doctors are telling you that you are OK and you *know* that there's a problem, you need to make them believe it. If they say that it's OK, ask them whether the blockage that you describe is normal. Keep pushing for answers. Ask for tests. If they don't give you any satisfaction, ask for a referral to a urologist. Be persistent!!

Good luck.

OMG Have you tried a urologist? They specialize in problems of this nature. If i had a penis and this was happening I would keep going until I found out what the prob. is.

I would say if the three doctors have told you it's alright, then I would have to take their opinion. It sounds as if your injuries in past just might have caused your problem. I wouldn't worry.
