Here's what I do. First I apply a moisturizer to my face. Next, I apply Revlon Colorstay Active. You can use the regular Revlon Colorstay. I use the active because I sweat a lot. Then I use Bare Minerals Mineral Veil as a finishing powder. I love the way it makes my skin look!

I love Mary-Kay products. But I just tried a Bare Naturale by L'Oreal. I liked that too. It's a powdered mineral foundation. Both products went on light.

I was using L'Oreal True Match and recently switched to Almay Smart Foundation. I like it alot. It comes out white with little beads of pigment and matches your skin when you rub it in. Its light coverage but doesnt get gunky if you try to build coverage. A plus...it has SPF 15!

I think mineral makeup is the best. It's about the only type that will not aggravate skin problems. It goes on smoothly and looks natural. Blending is so much easier than liquid so you don't have tell tale signs of wearing "foundation". I have been wearing it for about 10 years.
The Bare Escentuals (yes, that's the spelling) is my favorite.
Sephora sells it.

Prescriptives virtual finish. It's amazing. You can get colour printed for free - they tell you what colour group you are and how fair you are, so you know exactly which one to get. I, for example, am a Level One Blue/Red. That means I'm as fair as they've got and my colour group is blue/red. The fact that I'm a B/R also means I can easily choose other makeup from their range to suit my skintone. It's really easy to apply and has a really good finish. It's £22 a pop but it's really worth it. I'd also recommend applying your foundation with a foundation brush, not your fingers - you get a smoother more evn finish.

I love I.D Bare Minerals. It feels like there is nothing on. It makes you have a natural glow and it has a natural SPF. Go to a Sephora or Ulta store and they will give you a makeover of Bare MInerals. It's sort of expensive, but it lasts a long time.

I dont even mess with those over the counter makeups! You get what you pay for in makeup so if you use a little money you get much better results. I use Bare Escentuals, If you have never heard of them go to www.sephora.com and search for them its the best beauty investment you can make! its flawless and covers everything you will love it.

Avon used to have a foundation called In the Light but they discontinued it after one brochure. I loved it. It made my skin look very dewey. I didn't even need blush. i now use true blend by cover girl because it does't darken and look fake by the end of the day.
