I wonder what is T is in 360T/h. Let’s assume that T is a unit of measuring volume. Since we are dealing with a metric or SI system ‘T’ can be assumed to be ‘l’ representing liter.

Then velocity V=Vf/A
V- velocity in question (m/h or m/sec)
Vf - volumetric flow rate (m^3/hour or m^3/sec)
A – cross section of the pipe
Since we have 1000 liters per 1 m^3
V= (360 /1000) (0.1 )= 0.036m/h
Or since we have 3600 sec in one hour (h)
V=(0.036m/h)(3600)= 0.036m/h= 129.6m/s
