If you are a secret agent, you recieve a special telephone. Then "TELEPORT TO HQ" is on a button. But don't try to look for HQ when you are not a secret agent.

its in the sports shop the last change room, but ucant go into there unless u a agent

there isnt one tehres a badge in the corner of ur screen and you click that it will tell you what you need to know
