Awww.. Well long-distance relationships do work. But if you do not like him, tell him how you feel. Tell him you are concerned on your schoolwork and having issues at home, so you don't have the time or patience for a boyfriend at the moment.
If you do like him, tell him. Tell him you are interested and if you've liked him for a while, tell him that. Guys do like to know how girls feel, they like knowing that they are liked.. If you understand any of that.. good job!

Move on. Distance relationships never work out. He would have given you a concrete answer when you were at school together. I went up to a girl I liked on the last day and she gave me a kiss and wrote nice things in my yearbook. It was meaningless.

Good luck and G-d bless !!

long distance relationships always seem to turn out to be going nowhere and a big waste of time and energy. try writing but use the phone if you got the money. what is the purpose of just sitting around mooning over someone that is that far away? well, if you like this lifestyle go for it but it seems frustrating to say the least

Plan a vacation together.

That said, long distance relationships suck. They are mostly about loneliness.
