Does Old navy have double zero sizes, because I love their shorts and pants, but i dont know if they have my size, because I could never find it there, but I was wondering if its just because there all sold out or they don't produce them..

Not Double Zero, but they do have XS and occassionally XXS... but not Double Zero, so your not missing out on finding them! ;)
However, another good store for pants and shorts is Stitches (stitches.com), they prices and styles are very, very similar to Old Navy. It is very affordable (approx. 20$ per short) and the sizes come in double zero! Their jeans are great because they are made of a stretch material, so they have small sizes that stretch into bigger sizes!

Old Navy does not have double zero but their sister company Banana Republic does have double zero in alot of their items.

try a store called like buh ya ka or something or abecrombie and fitch or Hollister or American eagle or wetseal
