The motoring crime was committed many years, at the age of 15 and happened in the U. K, it is now'spent.'which in the U.K means, i do not have to declare it, but for extreme circumstances. I now have a French Passport, instead of a British one-so, i shall assume i do not have to declare anything, or so i've been told. Right?
Thanks.

Based on your information, I would say (from a U.S. standpoint) that you would not need to declare anything.

In the U.S. juvenile records ("spent" or not) are not available for use as a criminal history (except in rare cases).
