What is a garden brush?

I have been asked to get this by a neighbour next time I visit B&Q [they left me a note] but I have no idea what this is!!!

I would leave the neighbor a note and ask what kind. May be one of those brush brooms or could be a small scrubbing brush. Nothing on B&Q site.

A garden bush is a plant that short and bushy, such as a butterfly bush, Spirea bush, Lantana Miss Huff. A garden bush is a shrub that can take garden sun!
On the other hand, I miss read you question and I have no clue what a garden brush is!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plant a Plant
