I think drugs should be legalized and taxed. Jails are full of dealers and users that are paid for by you and me.

I don't know about all drugs, but marijuana definitely. If people did real research as to the effects of marijuana, the real impact it has on society (especially compared to things like alcohol and prescription medicine) and the history of it then they would think differently. Too many people rely on misinformation fed to them by the misinformed.
On the other hand I have seen what drugs like crack and heroin and alcohol do to people. I have seen anti-depressants turn a normal person into a suicidal mess.
