my mom had one done 30 years ago, and she still has a flat stomach but she doesn't let her weight fluctuate over 10-15 lbs.
I had one 3 years ago and you could bounce a coin off mine, i do take care of my body and control what i eat, but i found it a lot easier since when you see how good your super-flat stomach looks to be careful with my weight.
The most important things are A. you cannot get pregnant after getting one, it'll stretch the muscles again and B. have it done by the best plastic surgeon you can afford. I had mine done by Dr. Wolf, in Miami.

a tummy tuck will bring you back to your former shape, but if you don't control your diet, it won't last forever.

uummm........ if you eat properly and have a healthy diet you probably wont gain weight, but if you keep eating the wat you did before, im sure it wont last forever.
