First of all you can't convert cm to litres,
as cm is a unit of length and litres is a unit of volume.
Secondly if u r wanting 2 convert cm^3 to litres,
1m^3=1kl=1000l
1l=1/(1000)m=(1/1000)*100*100*100 reason:1m^3=100*100*100cm
1l=10^6/10^3=10^3cm

cm itself is a unit of length, not volume.

cm^3 (often abbreviated CC for Cubic Centimeter) is equal to 1 milliliter (mL), or 0.001 liter (L).
