Simple and early indication would be if you have a perfect monthly menstrual cycle, meaning your menstrual cycle begin with the same day every month, but you can always see a doctor. Example if your menstruation begin on 5th and end on 12th and you know your next menstruation would be on 5th you would most likely conceived between 22Th until 28Th that couples of day would be your most fertile days

how would u know if a woman is fertile -
1. if she is at a certain phase in the menstrual cycle thats called the fertile window. this is the stage where she wants to have sex and she would be the one who asks for it.
2. if she has an increase of one-half to one degree Fahrenheit (one-quarter to one-half degree Celsius) in her basal body temperature (BBT). lower temperatures before ovulation, and higher temperatures afterwards, determine fertility.
3. if she has a positive spinnbarkeit test - cervical mucus becomes abundant, clear, and stretchable – like “egg white”.
4. plus, studies have shown that female facial attractiveness increases during the fertile phase of the menstrual cycle. hehe.

If you're in doubt for any reason go to a fertility clinic and get tested - its the only way to know for sure.

a woman is fertile when she wants to look good to the max! for no other reason than "looking good day" this is just one day...or check out your temperature before you get up in d morning, if it's much higher than the usual(37C) but feeling good then you are fertile...:-)

That is kind of a weird question... but most women who are "fertile" will get a monthly menstrual cycle... but some women still cannot conceive so there may be other issues at play.

Try planting some corn in her. If it grows, she's fertile!

Without seeing a doctor I don't think there is a way. But of course there old wives tales on how to do this but I can remember exactly how they go.

A WOMEN with regular menses is suppose to be fertile
