I have 2 questions.
1. The mermaid tail. How can we put on the sims game. Or were, how??????? from were?
2. In houses how can we delet walls?

Everyone else already answered how to delete the walls, so I will leave that part.
You can download a mermaid tail from several sites, when you dowload it read and it will tell you which section the tail will be added to (i.e. everyday clothes, formal etc)
If you have family fun stuff and that is the mermain tail you are looking for. It will be in the clothing section, either everyday bottoms or full outits, or formal. I don't remember which and I don't have the family fun stuff anymore, but thought I would at least tell you as much as I remember.

To delete walls, go into the build mode bit and get to the wall building part, then choose the wall you want to delete and press Control and then delete the wall you want, just like you're building a new wall except holding control.
and I have no idea how to get the mermaid tail, there's a website ( http://www.modthesims2.com/ ) that should have it on there, but I'm not sure.

If you don't like it in pink, you should find more if you google what exactly you're looking for. As for actually putting it in the game, a really easy way of doing it is to download the sims 2 file maid from here http://mattwork.potsdam.edu/projects/SimFileMaid/index2.html this program unzips downloaded files and puts them in the game automatically once you've told it where to put the files, which is your 'downloads' folder in documents>ea games.
To delete walls, hold down ctrl and drag the mouse along the wall you're getting rid of!

i don't know the answer to question 1 but to delete walls there is a delete icon when you build your house.

1)There isn't somethin' like that.
2)Go to the "wall" mode and drag the mouse onto the wall you want to delete by holding "Ctrl" button..(the same move that you do when you build walls)
