When ever i get a message in Hotmail and it has an attachment that has to download, it always downloads then a pop up comes up on screen saying Activemovie control not conpatible. How do fix this. I have Windows ME

hi. i'm having an analogous situation this morning (Nov 5). I actual have as much as date Flash participant, cleared my cache, deleted my cookies and function tried 2 desktops. Went in the process the easy troubleshooting steps with out influence. I actual have tried to attach a report and mail says it can't connect. i attempted a report that I had effectively related till now yet that did not artwork the two. this does not look a report situation. Can everyone help?

You could try opening the program first i.e. if it is a word document open word before attempting to open the attachment. Another thing may be to save it first (right click, save target as) then try opening it.
Not sure if these will work but it might be worth a try!

just do right click on the attachment, select the option , save target as, choose the location. Once the file is saved then open it using any software compatible to that file.

Use a different movie viewer like windows media player.

active movie controlis a codec needed to watch the movie or video clip . also if your opening attachments in emaili sure hope you know who is sending them , opening attachments is a BAD BAD BAD IDEA
