Your lawyer.

The court.

I'd first ask the lawyer that handled your bankruptcy. Or, you go to the courthouse and get a copy.

You should have been given all of the final paperwork at the time of the discharge. Are you sure it's been discharged?

If you used an attorney, check with their office first. If it's unavailable there, you can get a copy from the court you filed in.
Bankruptcies are a matter of public record, so just head down to the court and ask for the public records room.
They may charge you a per page fee for printing it out, but otherwise there shouldn't be a fee.

Try your local bankruptcy court's web site.

the form is www.xxyb.uscourts.gov

where xx is the two letter abbreviation for your state, y is the name of your local district (usually something like N S E W or perhaps M for Middle) - leave y out if there is only one federal district in your state.

b stands for bankruptcy.

Navigate to pacer or cm/ecf and follow instructions.

You should be able to find your case and download pertinent information including the discharge order.

If you can't handle this, go to the clerk of court's office and they will help you.
