I downloaded a program from the internet and now I have viruses/spyware/errors on ym computer. I am getting windows application crashes, blue screens, my desktop goes blank, things are changing on their own, and my computer is being super slow. I already tried anti spyware and anti viruses but nothing is working. What can I do? Thanks.

It will resolve if you will follow these steps and will never face any problem:
1.Install a new window after formatting computer.
2.Do not install any software or don't connect any pen drive or usb.
3.First step after installing fresh window is install an updated Antivirus(If it is purchased that will be best.you can use Norton/Kaspersky or Quick heal, these are very strong and effective antivirus.) and scan whole computer with it.
4.If any virus will detect remove it, and install other software which is require for your PC or laptop.
5.You will never face any problem or freezing.
