I like drinking "Water Joe" it is natural artesian water that is naturally caffeinated. One 16 oz bottle is like 6 strong cups of coffee. I can be up for over 24hrs and drink 1 bottle and feel great and ready to start a new day without ever having sleep, its a lot better than coffee.

Since I no longer drink caffeinated coffee (swiss water decaf.), I think it was for me, about 2 cups. but I don't miss it. I never have problems with feeling fully awake anymore..

Regular coffee for some reason makes me feel sick. I don't know what the caffeine equivalent is, but it usually only takes me one Rockstar energy drink to wake up fully. When they start putting taurine in coffee, I might give it one last try.

If you're talking a standard sized cup, then one or two. Anymore than that, and I'm taking trips to the potty, and my stomach is aching.
