Psychology: The relationship between Epistemology, Theory, Models &Techniques?

I know the definitions of each, but I'm particularly confused as to the difference between Models & Theories, and how each of these concepts ties in with one another.

I would say that if you review the Models you will see that the different scholars use much different techniques.
