On the strength of Singaporean License you will get an International Driving License if your stay in UK is for short period
if you wish to stay for longer and wish to drive then you have to get a British Driving License. However it is MUST for all other Nationals.

Why waste getting a UK driving license, that depend if you are stay long term in the UK and therefore better to get a UK driving license.

But if just on holiday or business trip for about less than 3 months, you can get an International License.

i think you have to pass a new UK driving license. I'm not sure about singapore in general but i've heard that this was the case for the nationals of other countries who wanted to drive in britain. best of luck :)

You have to start over from scratch and take a UK driving test.

The conditions of driving are very different, so this is a necessity.
