I presume you mean WEIGHT and you really do need to lose it.Only one sure way im afraid. and thats with good old amphetimine. Right first of all swallow the billy wrapped in rizla paper.U dont waste any and it lasts twice as long. U get everything and more done and you dont even think about food. The weight just falls off ya. But wait you must eat . do u hear me? Otherwise u defeat the object cos the s.s will creep up and get ya. The s.s being Speed Sycosis. Ive had it plenty of times real bad it aint nice. My missus used to secretly tape me film me and i still didnt beleive it was me. Just take it easy .All ya doctor will give you if ya lucky is that dexetrine glucose caffeine crap which rots ya guts and your get a lecture. If you dont lose 5-6 ib a week the speeds crap just dont lose ya mind.

well dont eat too much bread, rice, and other carbohydrates

seriously stay away from sweets

dont eat soup with meals

water with meal get u fatter

do not take any form of liquid, like sodas and water an hour before and an hour after your meal. it might be hard at first but trust me, it works

and eat a good breakfast, it doesnt matter if its fatty foods like sausages, and bacon. what i do is take out all the grease or as much as possible by wrapping around a napkin and squeezing the fat out.

Dont have big dinners, dinner is the least important meal becaue u probably arent going to do any activity after dinner but sleep so why would u go out and pig out, eat big lunch and breakfast and have a light dinner.

start by exercising and cutting down. If you need more help than see a nutritionist who can guide you. I must say that you should consult a physician if you have never exercised before. I have realized the quick fixed are only short term nothing beats exercise and managing caloric intake.

weight increase relates to calories imbalance.

i mean if your calories intakes is more than calories spends, then your wait is bound to increase.

to reduce caloreis intakes, eat low calories food, to increase calories spends go for brisk walks, excercise regularly.

this may help reduce.
