Shushan Purim is the 15th of the month of Adar.
At the end of the Purim story, the Jews were given permission to defend themselves against their enemies on the 14th of Adar. So for most people, Purim is celebrated on Adar 14.
In the capital city of Shushan, they fought an extra day. So people in cities that have been walled since the time of Joshua celebrate Purim on the 15th. Since it is very hard to tell what cities had walls 3000+ years ago, Shushan Purim mostly applies to a few old cities in Israel, such as Jerusalem.
