Yes. You go to your parish priest and explain the situation. If both you and your spouse have been baptized Christian, you can get married in the Catholic Church. If one is NOT baptized, then you have to handle that first before getting your marriage blessed in the Church. Your priest will expect you to take the pre-cana classes (typically 6 months) though they may shorten that up depending on how long you've been married.
***I just wanted to add that both parties do NOT have to be Catholic. That is wrong. Both parties must be Christian, and one of those a practicing Catholic. My husband and I were married civilly. Then we looked into getting married in the Catholic Church. I am Catholic. He is a baptized Christian. As long as he was willing to go through the classes/counseling and agree to raise our children in the Catholic Church, there was NO REQUIREMENT that said my husband had to convert to Catholicism.

Yes you can but the Church does not recognize a marriage outside of the Church. You must agree to raise them Catholic and have them baptized, and you must stay Catholic if your spouse is not. You can be married in the Church more then once only if the Church recognizes it. Your best bet is to find a Catholic Church in your area and talk with your pastor. You will also be required to take a premarital counselor course with the pastor. Remember if you are Catholic the Church is the only way to be married properly. This is why we do not see civil court marriage. I hope this helps.

Yes, but you both have to go through those classes first, and both have to be Catholic. If not, the non-Catholic has to convert.
