i have compaq presario v2000 notebook.sys config
xp sp2,40gb,512ddr2 ram.
my system works good.but i can see my system device property,there is some yellow marks in 2 device.i dont know what it is exactly.plz help me?
there is 2 yellow marks r there,
1-mass storage controller
2-pci modem,
i can see that device properties section ,it shows;;the drivers for the device not installed''.i can run automatically search drivers option,but it wont identify that drivers.i dont know my pci modem & mass storage controller manufacturer name.
how to find manufaturers name,both device & how to install that drivers manually?

go to hp.com/drivers type in the model name and # of your laptop and download the drivers
