My dad died last year and I am not on speaking terms with my mother right now. How can I get to see his will without going through my mother?

Go to the probate courts and request a copy it is your right

You should be able to go to probate court and see if they have a copy or the court house and see if it was registered or if he had a lawyer talk to the lawyer who drew it up.

That's a 60000 dollar question! After your dad's demise, your mother is the next in line to handle what is left behind. So, consider compromising with mum or learn to stand on your own legs!

If there has been a Probate file opened with a court, the Will should be in the file.

Check it with the probate court they can show it to you since you an heir it is the law.
