I don't know about sprays but have seen candles scented with coffee and chocolate.

I know you can buy the fragrance oil for burners in Coffee i think Blue Banana do them

i have seen hazelnut scented air fresheners at Yankee candle, cappuccino too..

I have one of those that changes sent every 45mins and I am sure one of them is coffee. Whatever they are they are lovely my whole house is smelling wonderful!
